6. Game Rules

6.1 Technical Faults

7. Prohibited Conduct

Breaching any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, balance freezing, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by User

Users may close their won99a account at any time by contacting customer support via Live Chat or our support email. Any valid balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

8.2 Closure by won99a

9. Limitation of Liability
